Shipping policy

Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from Belgium.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During collection launches or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping to the European Union
Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. VAT is included in the product price at checkout — no additional customs duties or import taxes apply for orders shipped within the European Union.

Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it, in line with your rights as a consumer under EU law. Laete Studio is not liable for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or events beyond our control.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at hello@laetestudio.com. As the risk of loss or damage remains with us until you receive your order, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
